What can families expect from ACE?
Clear answers to the questions parents commonly ask before choosing the right academic support for their child.
Will my child receive help outside of class?
Yes. Students can ask questions between lessons, receive guidance when they are stuck and get feedback on selected work. Support does not end the moment the weekly class finishes.
How does ACE provide personalised support?
We use diagnostic assessments, regular feedback checks, progress tracking and ongoing parent communication to tailor support to each student’s strengths, gaps and academic goals.
Is ACE aligned with the school curriculum?
Yes. Our programs are mapped to the Australian Curriculum and relevant state syllabuses. We break learning into clear syllabus objectives while extending students beyond school content where appropriate.
How many students are in each class?
Our small-group classes are intentionally capped, typically at up to five students, so every learner receives individual attention while still benefiting from discussion and collaboration.
How will I know if my child is improving?
Tutors monitor progress continuously, identify learning gaps and adjust teaching accordingly. Parents receive clear feedback about strengths, areas for improvement and recommended next steps.
Will ACE still help if my child is already doing well?
Absolutely. Many students join ACE for extension, greater challenge, selective entry preparation, scholarship goals or high ATAR performance, rather than because they are struggling.
Can parents communicate with ACE?
Yes. We believe parents are an important part of the learning process. We maintain regular communication about progress, concerns and the most useful next steps for each student.
What if I am unsure which program is right?
We will learn about your child’s year level, current performance and goals before recommending the most suitable ACE pathway. You do not need to work it out alone.
