We may collect personal information including a parent or guardian’s name, phone number, email address, child’s year level, learning goals, preferred tutoring option and any information voluntarily provided when booking a diagnostic assessment or submitting a tutoring enquiry.

We collect this information to respond to enquiries, organise diagnostic assessments, provide tutoring services, communicate with families, manage bookings, and provide relevant information about ACE Academics programs.

Children and Student Information

ACE Academics provides tutoring services to school-aged students. Any information about a student is collected through, or with the involvement of, a parent or guardian. We only collect student information that is reasonably necessary to provide tutoring, diagnostic assessments, learning support, enrolment communication and related educational services.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information about a child unless it is voluntarily provided by a parent or guardian and is necessary for the delivery of our services.

Student Photos, Videos and Media Consent

ACE Academics may occasionally take photos or videos during tutoring sessions, classes, events or learning activities for educational, promotional or business purposes.

We will not intentionally publish identifiable photos or videos of a student on our website, social media, advertising material or public marketing channels without appropriate parent or guardian consent.

Where student images are used, we aim to protect student privacy by avoiding unnecessary identifying information, such as full names, school details, personal contact details, location information or other details that could compromise a child’s privacy or safety.

Parents and guardians may request that ACE Academics does not photograph, record or publish images of their child. Parents and guardians may also request the removal of an identifiable student image from ACE Academics-owned channels, and we will take reasonable steps to remove it where possible.

Third-Party Platforms

We may use trusted third-party platforms such as Meta, Squarespace, Google Workspace, email, phone or SMS services to collect, store and manage enquiries. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Data Protection

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Access, Correction and Marketing

You may request access to your personal information, ask for corrections, request that we do not use images of your child, or request that you stop receiving marketing communications from ACE Academics.
